Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we are generally unable to offer refunds.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase or believe the product did not function as described, please contact us at:

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Eligibility for Refund (Case-by-Case Basis)

While refunds are not guaranteed for digital products, we may consider them in certain situations, including:

  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake

  • You were unable to access the product due to a technical issue and we were unable to resolve it

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase

Physical Products (Printed Books)

If you purchased a physical product from Stetson Publishing, please review the following return conditions.

We accept returns of unused physical products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
